Deep Bay is a long, thin body of water between Long Point and Middle Point. It has a depth of 20 feet and is often called Lake Champlain’s only fjord. It provides a sense of isolation and wilderness and is a popular destination for boaters of all types. At the inner end of Deep Bay, boaters have access to trails part of the Point au Roche State Park.
