Winkel Sculpture Court located in the Myers Fine Arts Building – Institutional Advancement at SUNY Plattsburgh

The Plattsburgh State Art Museum is made up of many galleries around campus. Notable stops include: the Rockwell Kent Gallery and the Holocaust Memorial Gallery in the Feinberg Library; Regina Schoolman Slatkin Study Room, Joseph and Joan Burke Gallery, Winkel Sculpture Court, and Myers Lobby Gallery in Myers Fine Arts Building; the outdoor Sculpture Park; and the Museum Without Walls program that places artwork all over campus.


Plattsburgh State Art Museum is located on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus. It exists to collect, study, preserve, exhibit, and interpret original works of art. The Museum is committed to advance the academic goals of the College & contribute to the cultural education of the region.

Don't Miss This When Visiting

Make sure to stop in to see work by Rembrandt, Picasso, Renoir, Mary Cassatt, Ansel Adams and much more located in Slatkin (Myers Fine Arts Building). While you are here don't miss the Rockwell Kent Gallery or Winkel Sculpture Court. Both galleries are filled with work by regional artists. Burke Gallery has changing exhibitions so there is always something new to see.
